Polk County, FL. - Trick or Treat with Sheriff Judd - Spooky Fun for Families! Looking for a fun, safe way to celebrate Halloween with your little ones this year? The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has just the thing! We’re thrilled to announce the first-ever Trick or Treat with Sheriff Judd event, hosted by our Safe Schools Division, and it’s shaping up to be a Halloween treat for the whole family!
What You Need to Know:
When: October 26th, 2024, from 5-7 PM
Where: Polk State College Lakeland Campus, 3425 Winter Lake Road, Lakeland, FL
Cost: Free!
Fun Stuff: Trick-or-treating with deputies, photo ops with Star Wars characters, "Thriller" dance performances, the Ghostbusters Ectomobile, and more
Extras: Kona Ice, concessions, and talking Grady Judd dolls for sale

Bring the kids for an evening of fun where our deputies will be handing out candy from patrol cars, and you can snap photos with Star Wars characters or check out the Ghostbusters’ Ectomobile! We’ve got a local dance group performing Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” every half hour – you won’t want to miss it. And, yes, there will be talking Grady Judd dolls because... why not?
Kona Ice will be serving up frosty treats, and concessions will be available to keep everyone energized. We’re so excited to partner with Blackburn’s BBQ, who’s kindly providing the trick-or-treat bags.
