Kissimmee, FL. - On August 23rd 2024, Jordan Rivera from Morning Coffee Chat was on location at the recount located at Osceola County Supervisor of Elections that was placed against two people: Olga Carino and Former State Representative John Cortez. The numbers that were counted at the Supervisors Of Elections on Friday resulted that Jackie Espinosa won the primary seat, leaving John Cortez the runner up making Olga Carino disqualified for the Mayor position.

The Board and the Supervisor of Elections later stated that many ballots both Electronic and Physical were empty or not filled correctly. Which was resulted in a recount, so that things were done fairly in the end. The final turnout are Jackie Espinosa and John Cortez who would be going against each other on Election Day in November of this year.
